LTT event: Everyone Can Play! – Floor Hockey

Learning/Teaching /Training event– short-term exchange of groups of pupils in Slovakia (January 2018);

Subject: Everyone Can Play! – Floor Hockey.

During the first LTT event students ( especially those suffering from various kinds of exclusion) and teachers will participate in ice-breaking teambuilding activities. They will take part in presentations, interactive tutorials, workshops and training sessions in order to learn the rules and drills of floor and ice-hockey and the importance of physical activity in our lives. They will put the acquired knowledge into practice, forming mixed international teams. As an educational and teambuilding event students will have the opportunity to watch a live hockey match (for many of them their first live experience with this sport). Students will discover the benefits of increasing their fitness and social engagement. Teachers will develop skills and lesson materials that will help them to integrate social inclusion through sports in daily school curriculum and after-school classes.
